Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were simply furnished and lacked that 'wow' factor, but I was happy to receive a suite with complementary wine and cake. However, it was disappointing that the room wasn't ready upon arrival and they wouldn't provide heating. The service was good overall, with the staff being friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman at the counter who offered us fruits upon our late evening arrival. The location of the property was amazing, perfect for peace, quiet, and nature lovers. The dining experience was average in quality considering the price. The facilities met my basic needs during the stay.
The hotel had comfortable rooms and very pleasant staff, although the rooms were tiny, had a kind of an old place smell, and lacked enough light. The location was beautiful, set amongst the pine forest, and within easy walking distance of the center of Pano Platres. However, the dining experience was very poor with almost all food being frozen or packet food.
